Delete your Movie Club account
You can delete your account yourself at any time. It takes effect immediately and can't be undone.
In the Android app
- Open the Club tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
On the web
- Go to Movie Club and sign in.
- Open Settings and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm.
Can't sign in?
Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What's deleted
- Your sign-in account: email address, name and profile photo.
- Your membership in every club, and any ad-free purchase on your account (purchases aren't refunded).
What's kept
- Club history other members rely on: the member name you used in each club, your picks, ratings and comments. It's no longer linked to any account, and any club member can remove it.
- Purchase records (product, amount, date) without your identity, for financial records.
- Images you uploaded stay with the movie night they belong to.
